Merkmale
Kleine, kurzbeinige Art. Körperlänge der Weibchen bis 5 mm, die der Männchen bis 3,5 mm.
Grau mit angedeuteter Sattelzeichnung. An der Vorderseite befindet sich ein 3-Zack und auf dem Hinterleib mehrere kleine Dornen. (Sauer & Wunderlich 1997)
Reifezeit
Adulte Tiere findet man von September bis Anfang Februar, mit der Hauptaktivität von November bis Dezember. (Wijnhoven 2009)
Lebensraum
Baumstämme, Hauswände und Laubstreu in Wäldern und Gärten. (Sauer & Wunderlich 1997)
