Merkmale
Beide Gechlechter werden 3,0 bis 4,5 mm groß.
Flach mit kurzen Beinen. Hell- bis dunkelbraune Grundfarbe mit rechteckigen, dunklen Flecken. In diesen Flecken befinden sich weisse, kegelförmige Dornen sowie 4 am Hinterteil. Am Vorderrand sitzen ein grosser und ein etwas kleinerer Dorn und auf dem Augenhügel sind nochmal 2 - 5 Dornen. (Wijnhoven 2009)
Reifezeit
Adulte Tiere findet man das ganze Jahr über, da der Lebenszyklus länger als ein Jahr dauert. (Wijnhoven 2009)
