No, I would not say at all that ''M. ligurina'' is introduced to Britain. There are a very few occasional imports with produce, in common with occasional various species from elsewhere in the World, but no evidence that there has ever been any occurrence in semi natural habitat, no evidence of survival and certainly no population.
