Merkmale
Körperlänge: Weibchen erreichen 4,2 bis 4,7 mm, Männchen 3,3 bis 3,5 mm. (Martens 1978).
Reifezeit
Adulte Tiere sind, abhängig vom Klima, von Frühjahr bis Herbst zu finden. (Martens 1978)
Lebensraum
Nelima gothica lebt vorwiegend in Küstennähe oder in der Nähe fließender Gewässer. Er hält sich meist in dichter Bodenvegetation, unter Holz oder unter Steinen auf. (Martens 1978) In hohen Abundanzen in Weiß- und Graudünen der Nordseeküste Dänemarks (Toft 2015).
